Free AU/NZ/US and International Delivery from either our QLD Warehouse or from our International Warehouse depending on stock supply, order location etc. Approximate Standard Delivery time is 5-24 business days for delivery to your door. (includes handling time) Express delivery is offered on some models and delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 business days.
Handling:
Handling time varies depending on the product selected. Our usual handling time at Petrainer is 1 to 3 business days unless item is out of stock/on back order or is being shipped from our international warehouse.
Tracking:
Once the tracking number has been updated, it will take a few days for tracking info to appear and tracking number is delivered via email from Auspost or added to your order from our international warehouse. If your order has been delayed for any reason, ie: out of stock, on back order, customs clearance hold etc. Your order will be sent by express post as soon as it becomes available.
